Art Journal page: Can you feel the love tonight

I've had this song in my head while creating this page.
Materials used:
- pencil for the drawing, and black marker (waterproof)
- white gesso
- Background: neocolors for the first layer, napkins collage (hearts), stamps with markers, acrylics (red, pink and gold), collage elements from magazines
- face: beige acrylic, black pencil for shading, black marker, (gold acrylic for the eyes)
- hair: black acrylic, white acrylic for the details

I found the text about accepting in a magazine.
This page has black gesso as base, the face and hair are painted with oilpaint. I like to experiment in this Art-Journal ;).

With markers, 3D paint and collage added...

What can I say? I like flowers and butterflies...
The background is done with soft-pastels this time. Covered with spray-varnish before adding the collage elements.

This little bunny was a little cold.

So I made him a nice warm sweater and matching hat.

My daughter's very happy ;)

This is a new craft that I wanted to try...so I picked up some wool and needles in the art store.
I first made a little bird, and a cow....

I know... I need to practice...

But it's a lot of fun creating cute animals from wool.
